QuarkXPress Technical Support

If you purchased and registered a supported product, you are eligible for free support for the first 60 days after the date of registration. Your 60-day free support period will start on the day of registration. If you have not registered your product you should register it here first.

Activation and licensing inquiries for current versions of QuarkXPress (2018, 2017 and 2016) are free of charge. All other support queries require a single incident or six- or 12-month support plan.

If you are not within the free 60-day support period and do not have a support plan you can purchase one of the support plans below.

Single Support Incident

  • One time support.
  • Support for all supported versions of QuarkXPress.
  • Single incidents offer support through the ticket portal only.
  • Activation and Licensing support for an end-of-life (EOL) product line is available for a single incident fee.
  • A single incident ticket is NOT applicable for active or end-of-life (EOL) incidents related to Quark Enterprise Solutions, including Quark Publishing Platform, Quark XML Author and QuarkXPress Server.

Six- or 12-Month Support Plans

  • If you purchased or registered a supported product, you are eligible for free support for the first 60 days. After the first 60 days you can purchase a support plan.
  • Support is offered through the ticket portal, chat and phone support systems. Phone support is call-back only.
  • Support is offered for all supported versions of QuarkXPress.
  • Support plans include general technical support for QuarkXPress and App Studio. They do not include support for development or design work.
